Product Development Model

Why this approach works
Background – I’m a certified Scaled Agile Framework program consultant (SPC), which I will cover some of the core benefits and here. However, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution or a guarantee of success. It isn’t a magic solution that automatically solves all challenges related to scaling agile practices. Additionally, SAFe is not a rigid, prescriptive set of rules; rather, it provides a framework with guidelines that can be adapted to suit the specific needs and context of an organization.
For me, it’s about delivering working software to the customer early and often using Agile Principles.
Strategy
Product vision and product strategy are related concepts, but they serve different purposes and focus on distinct aspects of the product development process. To be pithy, this is about alignment, accountability, and predictability to the “what, why & how”. Here’s a simple product canvas template I designed to help build a conversation about a strategy.
